Mission: The Ramstein Air Base EO Program is the combined application of military and civilian equal opportunity services designed to improve mission effectiveness.  The EO Office is charged to ensure Equal Opportunity compliance, provide proactive Human Relations services, and champion the Air Force policy of zero tolerance with the implementation of federal laws and AF policy to eliminate unlawful discrimination and sexual harassment.

No Fear Training:

On May 15, 2002, President Bush signed the Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation of 2002 (No FEAR) Act into law. The No Fear Act, with an effective date of October 1, 2003, requires that Federal agencies be more accountable for violations of anti-discrimination and whistleblower protection laws. Appropriated fund civilians and military members who supervise civilians must take the training within 90 days of new employment.  Every 24 months after.
