Overview: To plan, manage, and administer comprehensive year-round youth

Overview:
To provide technical support to a librarian by performing a wide variety of public and technical services. Serves as the principal assistant to the base librarian and substitutes as the
employee-in-charge in the absence of the librarian. Usually oversees a specific area of library operations.
Duties:
• Under the direction of the librarian, serves as the point of contact for most technical aspects of library procurement/acquisitions process.
• Provides ready reference services to library clientele.
• Performs descriptive and copy cataloging where the bibliographic characteristics may be relatively difficult to determine and cataloging decisions are adapted or changed from standards to meet specific library requirements.

Overview: Administratively support the USAFE Command Surgeon and staff on matters related to the medical service mission as the principal office assistant.  Utilizes formal internal procedures and administrative controls, formal coordination among internal and external units, and formal reporting requirements which is sufficiently complex to require continuous attention on the part of the secretary.

Duties: 

• Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring personal and executive correspondence, reports, and other documents from information obtained from the staff, files, and other sources.
• Reviews and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and other materials submitted for the Commander's signature.
• Receives telephone calls, greets visitors, and ascertains the nature of the calls or visits, screening those that can be handled without supervisor's help.

The primary purpose of this position is: To independently perform a wide range of warehousing activities, receiving, storing, selecting, shipping, pickup, and a wide variety of materials, equipment and supplies in support of the Furnishing Management Section. This position requires the use of forklift trucks and motor vehicles.

Duties:

1. Performs a broad range of standard receiving assignments.
2. Performs a broad range of standard storage assignments. Serves as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices.
3. Performs tasks involved in issuing/shipping items.

The incumbent may be designated as the supervisor on duty, as needed, whenever the CDC Director is not physically in the facility.
