Port Call Information

In order to receive a timely Port Call, complete the form and submit it in a timely manner. Port Call dates are normally available 4 - 6 weeks prior to your requested departure date. Contact Outbound Assignments to inquire on your Port Call date after you have turned in the port call request form with a copy of your orders, and the appropriate time has elapsed.

If you wish to make changes to your confirmed port call date, you must request a new port call. Port Call changes will only be approved when in the best interest of the Air Force/ personal hardship, so please choose your 10-day window (or 14-day, with pets) of departure very carefully when submitting preferred dates. After-the-fact personal convenience change requests will not be favorably considered. Commander/First Sergeant must also endorse an MFR agreeing with your reason to change your port call.

If you have not received your Port Call date within 4 weeks of your requested departure date, contact outbound assignments. Final Out-Processing Appointments are always scheduled no more than 2 duty days prior to your confirmed Port Call date IAW AFI 36-2102.
