The 1st Engineering Installation Squadron delivers reliable and resilient connectivity wherever and whenever it is needed most, particularly in contested, degraded, or rapidly evolving environments. The squadron is the only one of its kind in U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa that can respond to a natural disaster, infrastructure failure, or crisis, and establish or restore critical communications within 72 hours.
