Local Boy Scout leads construction of disc golf course at Ramstein AB
Boy Scouts of America members place cones to indicate safe locations for construction of a disc golf course at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, May 10, 2025. The Wayne Carlson Disc Golf Course will provide a free and accessible recreational outlet for Airmen residing in the dorms as well as members from the Kaiserslautern Military Community. The Boy Scout leading the initiative, Micah Carlson, turned a childhood connection with his grandfather into a lasting contribution to the base community.
