Bulgarian Armed Forces medical personnel tend to a simulated wounded service member during the hands-on training of the Bulgarian Multilateral Medical Simulation Training Engagement at the Military Medical Simulation Center in Sofia, Bulgaria, Feb. 25, 2025.
