86 MDG provides medical training for German SWAT members

U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Mario Leomiti, 512th Field Hospital Emergency Medical Team platoon sergeant, shows German SWAT members how to secure an IV tubing line while providing them with Tactical Combat Casualty Care training at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Oct. 8, 2024. The TCCC training was hosted by the 86th Medical Group for 16 German SWAT members as a result of a Rheinland-Pfalz Special Operations Police Force medic who wanted to improve their knowledge and to establish a relationship between the German police and the U.S. Air Force.
