Access to helping agencies ‘reborn’ via Project PHNX
Tiffany Parker, 786th Force Support Squadron recreational assistant, references the Volt Fitness App prior to beginning a fitness combine as part of the Project PHNX program at Ramstein Air Base, Germany April 20, 2022. Airmen can use the Volt app to select a workout program of their choice, as a fitness journal by inputting their own exercises or follow a fitness program designed to prepare for the fitness test. Project PHNX, short for pairing health, nutrition and exercise, brings medical specialists, chaplains, military family life consultants and more to squadrons and focuses on preventative care instead of reactive care.
