Cleared chaff, a radar countermeasure used by aircraft that consist of aluminum coated fiberglass, sits in bags at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, June 24, 2021. Chaff used by aircraft are filled with aluminum coated glass fibers and must be disposed of separately as required by German law.
