571st MSAS conducts field training for Air Advisors

Capt. Matt Schnarrs, 571st Mobility Support Advisory Squadron air advisor and personnel development flight commander, leads a group to the top of a mountain as part of the land navigation portion of the squadron’s field training exercise Aug. 11, 2020, at King Range National Conservation Area near Shelter Cove, Calif. Schnarrs was one of nearly 20 members of the squadron who participated in the week-long exercise, where they learned how to build a fire, shelter building, sustenance gathering, land navigation, and rescue signaling.
