U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Levi Myers, 86th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron instruments and flight control systems craftsman, checks C-130J Hercules ramp systems during Exercise Operation Varsity 19-04 at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Dec. 10, 2019.
