“Thank you for asking, KMC”
U.S. Airmen assigned to the 86th Medical Operations Squadron apply makeup on volunteer victims before sending them out around the Kaiserslautern Military Community as part of an experiment in support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Oct. 17, 2018. Each Airman took at least 10 business cards with the phrase “Thank you for asking,” as well as additional resources for domestic violence victims and reporters to give to people who asked about their simulated injuries. More than 60 cards went out with the Airmen, they only gave 20 away. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Jonathan Bass)
