Cycling with the soul; USO hosts indoor exercise program

Tomas Mikzus, instructor of a United Service Organizations-hosted cycling class, celebrates with his class as they finish a workout at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 15, 2016. The 75-person classes drew cyclists and curious individuals across the Kaiserslautern Military Community by offering something different. SoulCycle, an American fitness company, offers mood lighting, a cadre of support staff to help its participants throughout the class and musical beats to choreograph cycling moves.
