Roin, a Georgian engineer prepares spackle holes in the ceiling of Public School No. 4 in Gori, Georgia, Aug. 27, 2015. Critical areas of the school were renovated by a team of U.S. Air Force engineers, 10 Georgian army engineers, as well as a three-man U.S. Army Europe Civil Affairs team.
