Joint Forces train on airborne medical evacuation
Airmen and Soldiers care for a simulated casualty at Alzey drop zone near Kaiserslautern, Germany, Aug. 31, 2015. More than 20 responders from the 435th Contingency Response Group and the U.S. Army 1/10th Special Forces Group responded to the simulated medical evacuation.
