US, Polish airmen build capabilities, partnership
A C-130H Hercules assigned to the 169th Airlift Squadron flies to a drop zone during Aviation Detachment 16-1 Oct. 27, 2015, at Powidz Air Base, Poland. During the flying training deployment, the U.S. Air Force transferred authority of their aircraft to NATO. This authority transfer enables NATO allies to better train together. They are also able to work in the NATO construct to prepare them for future security challenges. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Damon Kasberg)
