AFCEC drives new training to USAFE

Tech. Sgt. John Lillis, 435th Construction and Training Squadron pavements and equipment NCO in charge, directs a student to back up a tractor trailer vehicle so it can be hitched to a flatbed during the Air Force Civil Engineer Center Tractor Trailer Training program Aug. 10, 2015, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. This is the first time this program is being taught in U.S. Air Forces in Europe.
