Airmen learn to LEAD

Airman 1st Class Dillon Fowler, 86th Communications Squadron cable and maintenance technician, slides fiber optics into an epoxy connector to create an end-to-end path April 30, 2015, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Fowler was selected to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy’s preparatory school via the Leaders Encouraging Airman Development program.
