Lt Col Wayne McLaughlin, 86th AW command post chief, along with others from the 86th AW, gathered during a ceremony dedicating the command post kitchen to Tech Sgt. Thomas Clifford who passed away in 2013. Clifford served as a senior controller for the command post and could often be found in the kitchen cooking for his unit.
