Airmen light path to a safer base

After de-energizing the street-light circuit, Tech. Sgt. Jason Howland, 786th Civil Engineer Squadron NCO in charge of exterior electrical systems, ensures the capacitor is completely discharged before repairing the inoperative fixture on Aug. 15, 2014 at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. A three-man team worked three weeks to repair and replace lights and circuits to maintain safety on Ramstein during dark hours. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman Larissa Greatwood)
