U.S. Air Force Gen. Roger Brady, commander, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, passes the 3rd Air Force guidon to Lt. Gen. Philip Breedlove, commander, 3rd AF, during Lt. Gen. Breedlove's assumption of command ceremony, July 22, 2008, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. This guidon was passed in front of the unit so that all could see and witness their new leader assuming command.
