Burning up the training
United States Air Force Senior Airman Aaron Rennie, 721st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, refills a C-5 aircraft's supply of liquid nitrogen, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Aug. 28, 2008. The liquid nitrogen is used to suppress a fire in the event of an emergency; it's also used to inert the wings making the aircraft's assent possible during an altitude climb.
