Iraqi burn victim transported to U.S.
BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Basem Hadi, an Iraqi interpreter, says good-bye to Al Amreeki, a 3-year-old Iraqi burn victim, March 21. Hadi worked very closely with the family while Al Amreeki was under the medical care of the Air Force Theater Hospital. Al Amreeki was only given 48 hours to live after being burned in a fire.
