Aeromedical evacuation training

In preparation for an emergency landing training scenario aboard a C-130 Hercules flying over southern Germany, flight nurses and medical technicians follow a checklist detailing how to properly secure patients and medical equipment for a potentially rough landing. The flight-qualified healthcare providers, assigned to the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, fly weekly with Ramstein's 37th and 38th Airlift Squadron's C-130 fleet to remain proficient in their skills.
