Rhode Island Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Scott Selby, maintainer, washes the windows of a C-130J Super Hercules. The RIANG brought the C-130J aircraft to Bezmer Air Base, Bulgaria to train and conduct air crew qualifications for air crew and pilots, during Operation Thracian Spring, Bezmer Air Base, Bulgaria, March 9, 2009. Conducted annually since 2007, Operation Thracian Spring is a two week exercise allowing U.S. forces an opportunity to train and interact with their Bulgarian counterparts.
