Airman 1st Class James Pothier, 48th Civil Engineer Squadron, Royal Air Force Lakenheath, drives a steel spike into the ground during tent set up at Silver Flag June 10 on Ramstein. The exercise prepare Airmen for upcoming deployments. The core focus of the exercise is to teach Airmen how to set up a sufficient bare base and be able to adapt and adjust to any situation they might come across while being deployed.
