U.S. forces donated to a Bulgarian orphanage

The care items are part of a 1,500-pound donation that U.S. forces donated to a Bulgarian orphanage in coordination with a visit there during Operation Thracian Spring, March 12, 2009. This exercise is conducted annually since 2007, Operation Thracian Spring is a two week exercise allowing U.S. forces an opportunity to train and interact with their Bulgarian counterparts.
