C-130J Arrives

Lt. Gen. Phil Breedlove, 3rd Air Force commander, speaks about the impact of the new 68,000 square foot dual-bay maintenance hangar during a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Ramstein Air Base April 7. The hanger cost $22 million and was built in preparation for the new C-130J model aircraft.
