Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron
Air Force medical busses pull up to a C-17 Globemaster III in preparation to load patients onto the aircraft April 21, 2009, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Members from the 435th Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility loaded several patients that were taken care of and transported by members from the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron in an effort to get them further treatment in the Continental United States.
