Servicemembers pay their respects

Col. Don Bacon; 435th Air Base Wing commander speaks at the annual kindergraves ceremony at the Kaiserslautern main cemetery May 16 to honor the 451 American infants who are buried at the American kindergraves site. From 1952 to 1971; American infants who died at the American military hospital in Landstuhl or at nearby civilian hospitals were buried here.
