Tech. Sgt. Hector Nieves, a crew chief with Ramstein’s 86th Contingency Response Group, is part of the Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Team assigned to the 212th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital to provide purified water for the nearly 200 personnel currently assigned to the MEDFLAG 2006 joint task force in Angola, Africa.
