Ramstein brings home hardware from RODEO

Capt. Sarah Santoro, 37th Airlift Squadron, participates in the 1.5-mile run as part of the Air Mobility Rodeo competition at McChord Air Force Base, Wash. Team Ramstein members from the 86th Airlift Wing placed 4th of 54 teams during the Fit to Fight competition. More than 50 Airmen from Team Ramstein were part of the 2,500 servicemembers from around the Air Force and the globe participating in the rodeo. The competition, which went from Jul 19 to 24, is a bi-annual mobility readiness exercises that brings teams together to compete in more than 50 judged events spanning the categories of aerial port, aeromedical evacuation, aircrew, fit to fight, maintenance and security forces.
