U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jirayu Wisutapayak, a precision measurement equipment laboratory technician, with the 86th Maintenance Squadron, fills a portion of equipment with liquid nitrogen as part of the start-up process of testing the accuracy of heat seeking missiles. Wisutapayak, originally from just south of Bangkok Thailand, is only one of two active duty Airmen who are certified to use the Graseby IR Systems MK-III Radiometer.
