09/15/2009 - RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany ? Brig. Gen. Mark Dillon, 86th Airlift Wing Commander, receives instruction of what to do before being administered an annual flu shot from Staff Sgt. Renea McCoy, 86th Medical Special Operations Clinic. Air Force medical staff will administer influenza vaccines either through a shot or nasal mist spray, depending on established personal health or duty requirements, to all military members, and offer vaccines to eligible beneficiaries as appropriate.
