09/15/2009 - RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany ? U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Mark Dillon, 86th Airlift Wing commander, receives an annual flu shot from U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Renea McCoy, 86th Medical Special Operations Clinic. Air Force medical staff will administer influenza vaccines either through a shot or nasal mist spray, depending on established personal health or duty requirements, to all military members, and offer vaccines to eligible beneficiaries as appropriate.
