Tops in Blue
U.S. Senior Airman Jeffery Collins, 87th Civil Engineer Squadron, Emergency Management Apprentice, performs for military members and their families during the Tops in Blue's performance October 15, 2009, Ramstein Air Base Germany. Each year Air Force personnel worldwide compete in base talent contests and the most talented move on to higher levels of competition. The result is an elite group composed of approximately 35 of the most talented competitors. Their main purpose is to perform for military personnel and their families throughout the world.
