Michael Luba, 435th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter, performs an operation check on a high-pressure hose during a major accident response exercise on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Sept. 22. The exercise was based on the collision of a truck carrying ammonia and another carrying radiological waste. This exercise tested the procedures of medical, fire, and law enforcement squadrons stationed at Ramstein as well as organizations from the German community.
