Col. Doug Sevier, 86th Airlift Wing vice commander, prepares to cut a ribbon to official open the newly completed four-house complex at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 18, 2009. Colonel Sevier was joined by Chief Master Sgt. Sherri Olson, 86th AW acting command chief, and the family receiving the home. This set of houses marks 776 townhouse units complete of the 833 units to be built. The $343 million dollar project is expected to be done some time next year.
