Col. Doug Sevier, 86th Airlift Wing vice commander, prepares to cut a ribbon to official open the newly completed four-house complex at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 18, 2009. This set of houses marks 776 townhouse units complete of the 833 units to be built. The $343 million dollar project is expected to be done some time next year.
