Stringing the lights
More than 250 light-emitting diodes sit waiting to decorate the Ramstein Air Base Christmas tree. Every year airmen from the 786th CES string the more than 200 lights to the tree. The tree is a donation from the city of Ramstein-Miesenbach to help bring the holiday spirit to the Kaiserslautern Military Community. The Air Force KMC Chapel Communities will host Christmas tree lighting ceremonies at 7 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Ramstein North Chapel, and 5 p.m. Dec. 5 at Vogelweh Chapel. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech.
