U.S. Air Force Col. Thomas Gould, 435th Air Ground Operations Wing (AGOW) commander, is presented with the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award by Lt. Gen. Frank Gorenc, 3rd Air Force commander, on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 25, 2009. The 435th AGOW received the award for providing rapid mobility/ agile combat support for military operations, maintaining expeditionary support and overseeing more than $7.3B worth of infrastructure operation and maintenance.
