Mr. Steve Frisch, a retired U.S. Civil Service Member, hands out candy canes at the Kaiserslautern Germany Christmas market, to U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Classes Brittany Perry and Caleb Pierce, both are assigned to the 86th Airlift Wing Public Affairs section, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The city hosted the German American day on Dec 3, 2009 at the annual market. Members of the military community were formerly invited by the Germany American Community Office to join the festivities.
