U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Michael O'Mahony, a Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) technician with the 86th Maintenance Squadron, calibrates a torque wrench for use in maintaining night vision goggles, Dec. 28, 2009 on Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The TMDE flight consists of a Scheduling section, Shipping and Receiving section, Administration section and the Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL). They provide services to customers throughout United States Air Forces in Europe, United States Central Command, and United States Africa Command.
