Change of Command

U.S. Army Major Jack Hunnicutt, Commander of the United States Army Priority Air Transport Europe Flight Detachment (USAPAT-EFD), stands in front of his unit as commander for the last time during his change of command ceremony, Jan 11, 2010. USAPAT-EFD was established July 1, 2004 and is operationally controlled by the United States Army Europe Headquarters Command. It has a total of 17 personnel, based out of Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The mission of the USAPAT-EFD is to provide safe, secure, and reliable trans-continental fixed-wing support for Commanding General United States Army and on-order support to the Europe and Central Command areas of responsibility.
