Chapel Coining

U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Mark Dillion, 86th Airlift Wing commander, presents his commander's coin to Steve Frisch, Ramstein Officers Spouse Club, coordinator, at the Northside Chapel Ramstein Air Base March 19, 2010. Mr. Frisch was presented this coin by U. S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Mark Dillion, 86th Airlift Wing commander for organizing quarterly blood drives, handing out packages at the post office, driving for the Fisher House, and numerous other volunteer services throughout Kaiserslautern Military Community.
