Thracian Spring is an exercise composed of aircrew, maintenance, airfield management, aerial port, security forces, and logistics personnel that combine their skill in an effort to build and strengthen the United States and Bulgarian Air Forces’ bond while improving interoperability with our partner NATO nation.
