603rd Support Group Inactivation
U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Frank Gorenc, 3rd Air Force commander and Col. Kim Waldron, 603rd Support Group and 401st Air Expeditionary Group commander, hold the furled 603rd flag to conclude the 603rd Support Group inactivation ceremony, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, June 7, 2010. The 603rd Support Group was comprised of two squadrons, the 21st Operational Weather Squadron and the 603rd Air and Space Communications Squadron and provided operational and personnel support to three Numbered Air Force-Component Headquarters.
