On my honor

Eagle Scouts David Ladnier (right) and Quinton Leith take a photo with Brig. Gen. Dillon during a coining ceremony on June 5, 2010. Both Ladnier and Leith organized and managed a cleanup project in Donnelly Park on Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Ramstein’s Boy Scout Troop 232 has had three Scouts gain the rank of Eagle in just over a month. (U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Ciara M. Travis)
