Silver Flag: International

Romanian air force officers, and U.S. Air Force Airmen, take cover during a simulated attack on a "flightline", during Silver Flag, Ramstein Air Base, Germany Nov. 20, 2010. Silver flag is a weeklong, ongoing training program that combines classroom and practical application exercises to prepare Airmen for deployment scenarios. Members of the Romanian air force were invited to observe training and share information, to develop integrated solutions, so that they can take the information back and implement some of the same principals to their own forces' training.
