U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Frank Gorenc, 3rd Air Force commander, experiences how a reduced oxygen breathing device and a hypoxia familiarization trainer are both being used for refresher training for pilots, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, May 6, 2011.
