Libya Humanitarian Relief
Ambulances from the 86th Airlift Wing and local German hospitals stand ready to unload wounded Libyan fighters from a C-130J Hercules, Oct. 29, 2011, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. At the request of the Department of State and directed by the Secretary of Defense, USAFRICOM is supporting U.S. and international humanitarian relief efforts in Libya.
